Description
Sue, Jan and Ali's shopping expedition is derailed when they suddenly find themselves on another Earth. They learn they are once again pawns in a game between that notorious cosmic gambler, the Grandmaster, and his counterpart from this Earth's dimension. The trio is given the task of fighting crime in a cesspool of a town called Gotham City. (The local heroes have been placed in stasis for the duration of the game.)
With Alfred Pennyworth as their guide, the displaced heroines' first mission is to stop an eco-terrorist called "Poison Ivy."
Okay, long story short, I wanted to do a scene with my Marvel Girls in civvies having stopped a super villainess. Normally it's the heroine who is in trouble but I thought it would be a kick if, for once, the villain was on the receiving end. I told
he could pick any villainess he wanted. Didn't even have to be one of Marvel's.
He picked Poison Ivy. So I came up with the classic alternate Earth cross-over.
